There is no such big river or sea in Manipur ,so catching fish using fishing net is pretty much easier than you saw in a movie or discovery channel.Some of the river that I can mention were Imphal turel, Sekmai turel etc.,. But this rivers were very far from where I used to live.Therefore I will be interested in fishing in my own river Nongkam lok ,Ngakul kung and Satang dam.
Do you know how much I enjoy fishing nearby my village, right now I'm sitting in ma room but I can still imagine and enjoy the moment I spend fishing with my friends and younger brothers. I can still smell the flowers that blooms beside the river ,I can still hear the cry of the river and sweat songs of tiny birds.
Now , I'm going to share with you how to fished using fishing net. All you have to do is to get ready with your fishing net run down in the river. You can fished alone using fishing net or you can go with your friends. I suggest you to with your friends if you are not profession in fishing, because a journey with friends is always enjoyable. If you ask me when do you fished with fishing net, I meant at noon or at night, I'm telling you at night is the best. Stay night out ,build huts and make a fire by collecting firewoods. This will make a memorable moment in your life.
At noon get ready all your fishing nets, and keep in the river where you guest there will be lots of fish.At least prepare 5 to 6 fishing nets. Wake up in the morning and go collect your fishing net you will get enough fish for lunch.
